DMCA Policy

Limeade Recipe respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Limeade Recipe website or online services (collectively, the "Site") if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that any content on Limeade Recipe infringes your copyrighted work, you may send a written infringement notice to our Designated Copyright Agent, containing substantially the following information:

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  3. A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Site (e.g., URL of the specific recipe page, ingredient list, or preparation method).
  4. Your address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must contain substantially the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Limeade Recipe may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of infringement or an agent of such person.
